| How does a company become a CitiService customer? |
 |

The Relationship Manager introduces them to the special services offered by the Unit. A brief profile is then sent to CitiService outlining the contact names and telephone numbers for those who will require information on the Company accounts. CitiService also extends a formal invitation to the new client advising of the special telephone and fax numbers, which they may use to contact the Department. In addition, if the customer wishes to view the CitiService unit in action, a special tour can be organized. |
