Definitions:
Asset Based Finance is a financing technique that focuses on the asset side of the balance sheet in order to meet client’s financial needs. Although clients needs are varied, they typically are centered on capital for equipment and asset acquisition, account receivables, working capital, balance sheet and tax management and in many cases just for convenience versus other capital market solutions.
Our principal objective is to develop a large client base of Asset based finance product users with whom we can develop positive long term banking relationships.
Our strategy to achieve this objective is to develop a broad menu of Asset based finance products, including secured loans, various types of leases, and channel financing (accounts receivable and inventory financing).
